Project Accountant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a direct hire Project Accountant in Schaumburg. This role is 100% onsite in Schaumburg.

Direct hire

Salary: $60-65K

• Must have construction or engineering project billing experience.
  
  

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Duties

• Percentage of completion and AIA billing
• Filling out G702, G703 forms
• Completing partial and final lien waivers
• Staying up to date on specific jobs, entering new jobs and maintaining/keeping track of them
• Communicating with customers and managing payment methods
• Creating reports to provide management with collection data, aging schedules and other information
• Maintaining accurate financial data in the accounting system
• Petty cash, reconciliations, daily cash reporting and updating cash flow reports
