Property Administrator
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to manage our client’s property portfolio and assist with accounts payable duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of property management, and experience in handling financial transactions. This position will pay between $18 and $21/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including tenant relations, lease administration, and maintenance coordination.
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices, verifying payment requests, and reconciling vendor statements.
- Maintain accurate records of property expenses and income, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed to satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports related to property management.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local property management regulations and best practices.
