Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the quality control team, offering direction and training as necessary.
- Perform routine inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to pinpoint improvement areas and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge quality performance and drive ongoing enhancement initiatives.
- Analyze quality data to uncover trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process refinement.
- Manage investigations into non-conforming products and enact corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of quality control management experience with a degree, or 6 years without.
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in semiconductor strongly preferred
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar highly desired
Skills:
- Fluency in QMS and Excel
- Working knowledge base in ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Organizational, project management, and communication skills
About the role:
- Full Time, Direct Hire
- Mon – Fri; 8a-5p
- Primarily on site role with some flexibility
- Comp / Benefits – 100-125K DOE; company performance bonus potential, employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
