What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Attorney position at LHH?
LHH is working with a full-service lifestyle oriented firm that is well established in Ohio. The firm is actively seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney that can assist a Partner with significant overflow of work in the real estate / development / construction space. Candidates with specific economic development experience would also be of high interest.
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of meaningful real estate transactional experience. Someone with 7 years of experience would be eligible to be considered for a Non-Equity Partner title.
Experienced Associates are expected to bill 1700 hours and incoming Partners are expected to bill 1500 hours.
The firm does have a hybrid work model, with 3 days in-office.
This person does not need to have a book of business but would be responsible for helping oversee younger / more junior Associates.
