What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Closing Coordinator position at LHH?
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Scottsdale, AZ that is looking to add a Real Estate Closing Coordinator to the team! The ideal candidate will have 3 years of high volume loan closing experience in the real estate or home builder industry as a closing coordinator. This is a full-time in-office position.
Summary:
- Communicating regularly with lenders, title companies, sales team, and home buyers
- Prepare and organize closing packages
- Obtain anticipated closing dates from construction management for all contracts.
- File closing disclosures, plans, lender letters, ensuring accuracy prior to closing.
- Process and file purchase agreements
- Ensure reconciliation of earnest money
- Schedule buyer closing appointments
- Provide written notice to buyers
- Supply all necessary documents including final inspections, certificates of occupancy.
- Coordinate the delivery of keys
- Distribute reports to the construction management team.
- High volume data entry of stages of completion for all teams

This is a Full-Time Monday through Friday business hours
In-Office
Supervisory experience $70k to $90k Commission (Salary range is based on years of experience. If someone has supervisory or management experience, will pay on the high end of salary scale.) Minimum experience is paid on the lower end of the salary scale. DOE.
Requirements:
Real Estate License (Active or able to renew)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
3 years of closing experience, in the real estate or home builder industry
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
