We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting Manager to join our trading company in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process, and supporting the company's growth objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the trading company.
- Manage Full Recruitment Cycle: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with Department Heads: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position.
- Utilize Recruitment Channels: Leverage various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies to find suitable candidates.
- Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background screenings to ensure candidates meet the company's standards.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other partners to enhance the talent pipeline.
- Monitor Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Drive Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the recruitment process to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the trading or financial services industry.
