Full Time / Direct Hire / $55k - 60k
Seeking a full cycle Recruitment Coordinator with 2 years of experience to manage recruitment processes, internal talent development, and manager support. Proficient in extracting data and translating insights for recruitment and employee retention purposes.
Must Haves / Mandatory:
- 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing coordination
- Strong skills in creating reports, analyzing data, and making action plans
- Hands-on recruiting experience, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and coordination
- Strong manager support and collaboration experience
Nice to Have / Preferred:
- SHRM or HRCI certification
- Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in extracting data and translating insights
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Partner with managers to identify staffing requirements, oversee recruitment processes, and maintain a positive candidate experience
- Employee Development: Run internal applications, support referral programs, facilitate training initiatives, and monitor career progression.
- Recruitment Outreach: Leverage various recruitment channels, participate in job fairs, and represent the company to attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Administrative Functions: Keep applicant tracking systems updated, handle onboarding procedures, and produce recruitment-related reports.
