Our client has a great new opportunity as a Regional Sales Manager, to work directly with senior leadership and influence key financial strategies, making it an exciting and dynamic place to advance one's career. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
Additionally, the role involves developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and identifying key growth opportunities within the region.

Key Requirements/Preferences:
- 7 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or automotive aftermarket.
- Strong account management leadership and sales strategy skills.
- Transitioning from a hands-on customer approach to a revamped sales team.
- Heavy focus on account management and adapting to an on-demand sales model.
- Distribution industry experience is a plus but not required.
