About the Company:
LHH Executive Search, a division of the Adecco Group, is assisting a rapidly growing manufacturer and supplier in the Chapel Hill area with a search for a Senior Manager of Accounting & Finance. This position is onsite initially with a potential for hybrid flexibility, and no relocation will be offered.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the US President, the Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting will be part of the leadership team and responsible for all finance and accounting operations in the US. This individual will have extensive experience in presenting results to senior leadership and ability to create dashboards to provide a story or provide support to a corporate strategy. Experience with capital management is a must as the company is expanding their US manufacturing capabilities.
Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Manufacturing industry experience
- SAP experience is a must
- CPA and/or MBA
