Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and capital allocation.
- Manage relationships with banking partners, ensuring optimal structures for cash management and credit facilities.
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and management of Kyriba treasury system.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance working capital efficiency and mitigate financial risk.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and corporate treasury policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing treasury team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A to align treasury objectives with business goals.
- Prepare and present treasury reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7 years of treasury experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Kyriba and Oracle Cloud systems.
- Experience managing banking relationships and cash management across multiple entities.
- Background in public companies with knowledge of SOX compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive process improvements and automation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
