Primary responsibilities of this Staff Accountant include:
- Manage full cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and collections on past due accounts.
- Assist with accounts receivable related month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
- Process payroll once a month for around 100 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to support various accounting projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide support during financial reviews.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration or sufficient years in an accounting type role is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and experienced with Microsoft GP and ADP WFN is nice to have.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a small team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
