Our client is seeking a Systems Integration Specialist to join their team! Working under the Director of Information Technology, you'll lead critical migration projects to ADP and Salesforce CRM, while ensuring seamless system integration and data integrity across our organization.
What You'll Do
- Spearhead system migrations to ADP and Salesforce CRM, collaborating with our development team and third-party partners
- Analyze existing infrastructure to identify key integration points and optimization opportunities
- Manage the complete data migration lifecycle, including mapping, cleansing, and validation
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives
- Configure system settings, custom workflows, and role-based access controls
- Lead testing initiatives and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Resolve complex integration challenges both during and post-implementation
- Create comprehensive documentation for processes and configurations
- Deliver end-user training to drive adoption and maximize system value
- Research emerging technologies to continually improve our integration practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3 years of hands-on experience in system integration or migration roles
- Proven track record working with enterprise platforms (ADP, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong expertise in data mapping, transformation, and validation methodologies
- Experience optimizing system configurations and workflows
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency with integration technologies (APIs, ETL tools, middleware)
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of project management frameworks (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA)
- Excellent multitasking abilities and prioritization skills
- Commitment to maintaining data security and confidentiality standard
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
