My client, a Leading Chambers Ranked Corporate Firm , is actively hiring a Mid to Senior-Level Software Licensing Commercial Contracts Attorney to join its Licensing and Commercial Contracts Group in Austin.
You would join a prestigious corporate boutique and serve as a legal advisor to emerging companies, entrepreneurs, and investors. With a 1600 billable hour requirement quarterly bonuses for any hours billed over monthly target , and EOY bonuses, this opportunity is not only rare, but also unposted and exclusive.
Compensation
185,000 – $250,000 (HIGHER DOE
Quarterly Bonuses EOY Bonuses
- For any hours billed over the monthly target (based on a 1600 / year target), you receive quarterly bonuses based on a specified percentage. Depending on how many hours you bill over target, these average between $25K-$75K annually.

Associate; Senior Associate; or Counsel)
3 years’ experience in software licensing / SaaS, in either an in-house setting (small legal team) or a sophisticated law firm
Role Overview
This role is approximately a 60 / 40 split between software licensing and commercial contracts.
