What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager position at LHH?
LHH is working with a client who is the largest manufacturer of equipment pads, and leading manufacturer and supplier of components and related products for the heating, ventilating, air conditions, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) industry. They are currently looking to add a Territory Sales Manger to their team! This is a remote position based out of Oklahoma or Arkansas and will travel about 75% of the time.
Job Summary:
- Expand the market by selling through wholesale distributors, training personnel, and contractors.
- Implement sales and marketing directives for the full line of HVACR products.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
- Ideal candidates are assertive, well-presented, communicative, approachable, team players, eager to learn, and promotable.
Key Requirements/Preferences:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in HVAC is mandatory.
- Self-starter and proactive individual.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, technical training, or experience working with wholesale distributors (e.g., Aspen, Ace, Home Depot).
- Experience with electrical or physical HVAC products rather than digital products, designed for contractors.
