Job Posting: Treasury & Accounting Specialist – Ramsey, NJ
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
Location: Ramsey, NJ
LHH is working with a well-established company in Ramsey, NJ, in their search for a detail-oriented Treasury & Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day cash operations and support various accounting functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interact with all levels of management, and experience handling financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash receipts, disbursements, and reporting
- Work closely with banks, CPA firms, and internal management teams
- Support hourly payroll processing (transitioning to UKG – Ultimate Kronos Group)
- Prepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
- Assist in Balance Sheet and Cash Flow planning for profit projections
- Review A/P check runs to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Handle cost and general accounting responsibilities as assigned
- Prepare various audit schedules
Qualifications:
- Experience in treasury, accounting, or related financial operations
- Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial reporting
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (Excel)
