Job Title: Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney
Location: Atlanta, GA
Position Overview: We are seeking a Trusts & Estates (T&E) Associate Attorney with 2 years of experience.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $135K (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus potential: $10K-$30K
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support in trusts and estates matters
- Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning
- Represent clients in probate and estate administration proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in trusts and estates law
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Licensed to practice law in Georgia
Billable Hours:
- Minimum of 1500 billable hours annually
