Job Title: Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Overview: We are seeking a Trusts & Estates (T&E) Associate Attorney with 2 years of experience.

Compensation

  • Salary range: $135K (commensurate with experience)
  • Bonus potential: $10K-$30K

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and support in trusts and estates matters
  • Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning
  • Represent clients in probate and estate administration proceedings
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in trusts and estates law
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia

Billable Hours

  • Minimum of 1500 billable hours annually
