Requirements:
- 10 years of senior engineering leadership experience, ideally in a B2B software company
- Expertise in modular, API-driven architectures and cloud-native technologies
- Background in product development, commercialization, and global team management
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive teams toward practical solutions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
