Are you a data-driven professional with expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning? We're seeking a Workday Adaptive Administrator/Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Austin, TX. In this role, you’ll manage financial planning processes, optimize reporting tools, and provide essential support to enhance decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Data Management:
- Manage and oversee data within Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in spreadsheets and reports.
- System Administration:
- Set up and maintain user profiles and permissions in Workday Adaptive.
- Address and resolve technical issues related to Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Maintain and develop data integrations to ensure seamless information flow.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Create and update reports and dashboards, including KPI Dashboards for metrics such as headcount, volume, leasing, work orders, and rewards.
- Build financial models in Workday Adaptive, including Staff, Revenue, and other required planning models.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in maintaining the budget and forecast plans.
- Support budget owners with questions regarding month-end reports and budget/forecast data.
- Supervise the month-end closing process within Workday Adaptive.
- Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement new process flows for operational teams.
- Update and maintain SOPs, manuals, and training materials.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning is required.
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience with creating data-driven KPI dashboards and financial models.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to support and train budget owners.
- Ability to update and optimize process documentation.
