LHP Property Manager-In-Training Program Knoxville, TN
The Manager in Training program provides a unique six to nine-month training program designed to build your knowledge and skills in affordable housing through a combination of online, instructor-led, and hands-on training rotations alongside our talented managers and dynamic teams. The goal of the MIT program is to provide fast-track development to ready the MIT candidate for transition to a Community Manager role at an LHP portfolio property. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: leadership, customer service, flexibility, adaptability impeccable judgement, strong desire to do what's right, and a collaborative spirit.
Our Ideal MIT Candidate?
- Prior experience in property management is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in customer service and management are required.
- Associate's and/or bachelor's degree is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently between LHP properties and training sites.
- An individual with a passion/purpose of giving back and serving people.
