Rollouts Project Manager
At LI Group Installation Construction, we specialize in large-scale rollouts, new store construction, fixture installations, and remodels. Our team combines warehousing, logistics, white glove delivery, installation, and construction to provide a more effective and efficient solution for our clients' projects.
Our rollouts department manages fast-paced large-scale projects with installation scopes ranging from small endcap fixtures to large standalone display fixtures to mobile device and TV installs. Projects run from days to weeks to months with site quantities from one-off individual sites to thousands of stores nationwide.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for each project from start to finish, empowered to make decisions and lead your team. From bidding and project planning to executing and closeout, you will be the main point of contact working directly with each client.
Responsibilities Include:
- Client relationship and account management
- Facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Estimating and Bidding
- Developing full-scale project plans and schedules
- Managing project budget, forecasts, and margin
- Managing, supporting, and coordinating project resource allocation – internal/external
- Delegating tasks and monitoring team performance
- Tracking project progress and deliverables using appropriate tools to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress to leadership and clients
- Implementing and managing project changes, handling any escalations, and intervening as needed to achieve project outputs
- Investigating project variances and presenting post-mortem reviews to executives
- Reporting on project profitability to management
- Creating and approving all project-related invoices to customers
- Travel may be required to certain job sites
- Ability to work nights and weekends when needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-year degree preferred in Business or Project Management
- 3 years' experience working as a Project Manager
- 1 years' experience working as a PM in rollouts, retail installation, or fixture installation highly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to apply best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Problem-solving and prioritization abilities to focus on core deliverables to keep projects on track
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft product families, including Excel
- Experience in financial acumen & tracking Project Financials – estimating, budgeting, tracking, cost containment, project P&L reporting
- Proven ability to not only lead projects, but mentor employees and foster an efficient and productive environment
Benefits:
