Our client, a global semiconductor technology leader, needs your expertise to take their Global Employee Brand Ambassador program to the next level. This high-visibility role offers the perfect opportunity for an experienced brand strategist to build upon the momentum of a successful program launch and scale it across international teams. If you've mastered the art of turning enthusiasts into advocates—whether through influencer campaigns, internal community building, or brand engagement strategies—here's your chance to apply those skills at a large scale. This role requires candidates to be currently located in the greater Austin, Texas, area and to work onsite one to two days a week on our client's campus in southwest Austin.
- Continue global rollout of the brand ambassador program across international markets including LATAM, Asia, and others
- Develop and execute recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies to build an authentic ambassador community
- Partner with regional marketing teams to identify local ambassador opportunities and tailor execution plans for cultural relevance
- Manage ambassador onboarding, training, and provide necessary tools and assets for effective brand representation
- Facilitate monthly regional calls, respond to ambassador inquiries within 24 hours, and maintain effective communication channels
- Collaborate with social media teams to develop content calendars and facilitate content sharing through the Everyone Social platform
- Encourage and increase organic content creation among ambassadors to expand beyond existing campaigns
- Track program performance metrics, create executive dashboards, and provide optimization recommendations
- Maintain and update brand advocacy resources and documentation
How to be a top candidate for this job:
- Highly versed in using extended and advanced features of social media tools
- 3-5 years of direct experience in scaling internal brand advocacy programs or employee engagement initiatives

Skills:
