What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and support a small team of operators on the production line
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are met
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and work instructions
- Oversee material placement, testing, and quality control
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance issues alongside technicians
- Maintain accurate product traceability using our Data Collection System
- Collaborate with other shifts to ensure seamless operations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years in a manufacturing/production role (supervisory experience preferred)
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills: Strong hand-eye coordination, problem-solving abilities, and basic computer skills
Traits: Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and a team player with a commitment to continuous learning
