Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production staff to ensure smooth shift operations
- Provide ongoing training and technical support to team members
- Maintain quality control and report any defective or non-conforming product
- Ensure all safety protocols and best practices are followed
- Work closely with maintenance to resolve equipment issues and minimize downtime
- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate replenishment as needed
- Track and improve key production metrics, ensuring uptime and efficiency
- Communicate updates between shifts and escalate concerns to leadership.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of production experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible/rotating shifts as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred: 5 years of supervisory experience and MRP/ERP system knowledge)
