Your Role:
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the daily truss production process, ensuring on-time and high-quality output. You’ll lead and coach production workers, coordinate schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise & Lead – Manage truss production workers, oversee workflow, and ensure production goals are met.
- Drive Quality & Efficiency – Monitor assembly, review work orders and engineering designs, and optimize processes.
- Plan & Schedule – Establish daily production schedules and coordinate delivery timelines.
- Ensure Safety – Enforce company safety policies and promote a culture of accountability.
- Train & Develop – Coach and cross-train employees to maximize team performance.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4 years of truss building experience
- 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience
- Ability to read blueprints & engineering designs
- Strong math, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent team leadership and communication abilities
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
- Frequent walking, bending, pushing, and climbing
- Must wear personal protective equipment
