SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
Provide business process analysis, data analysis, and visualization support for business transformation projects that are aligned to the overarching Bank Strategy. This key role will work with the Business Transformation Leads to baseline and conduct d thorough diagnostic assessments of the current state. Together, they will develop new business processes through reengineering, automation, and information management tools. The successful candidate will have a strong data and analytic skills, experience with SQL, and familiarity with data visualization tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Process Observation, Documentation, and Analysis:
Understand the current state operating environment to identify the factual process
Characterize and quantify common and alternate processing steps
Document the processes, requirements and potential improvement opportunities
Validate benefits of implementing the business improvements
Data Gathering, Analysis and Interpretation:
Collect and consolidate data from various systems and sources
Identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights from the data
Create digital dashboards that make the data actionable and understandable
Generate comprehensive reports for management and decision making
principal accountabilities:
Working on cross functional project teams and associated activities Gathering and analyzing existing business and process related data
Synthesizing meaningful information to drive actions from large data-sets.
Creating actionable data visualizations and information management content
Creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications and user stories.

In depth understanding of and practical experience with the following:
Business process management
Data Science
Sense of ownership and urgency to achieve measurable results.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BS in a technical field such as statistics, computer programming, or data science
Business process reengineering and design thinking with appropriate industry relevant training
Experience coding with Python, SQL, etc.
Strong data gathering, analytical, and quantitative skills.
Familiarization with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for presenting insights visually.
Use and awareness of task and process mining tools like StereoLOGIC, UIPath, Celonis, etc.
2-3 years of relevant industry and technical experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
General office equipment operation (keyboard, mouse, corded phone).
Prolonged sitting in a stationary position.
Lifting, turning, bending – not to exceed weight capacity of 25 lbs.
Ability to Travel
