What are the responsibilities and job description for the New Home Sales Consultant position at Liberty Communities?
Liberty Communities is currently seeking a Licensed Sales Agent(s) to join our team in Spartanburg, Landrum, Anderson, and Greenville. The right candidate for this crucial role will:

o Enjoy guiding customers through the home buying and closing process.
o Be an active listener who constantly communicates and builds trusting relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school education
- Active South Carolina Real Estate License
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales Preferred, but not required.
Essential Responsibilities:
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
o Meet monthly sales and closing goals.
o Check and prepare the model home and specs for showings.
o Facilitate a smooth sales process with the buyer, real estate agent, lender and Liberty’s contract and closing department.
o Update MLS listings and provide a weekly audit for your community website page.
o Register all prospects and agents who visit your community and complete follow up activities in the CRM program provided by Liberty.
o Work through a marketing calendar to plan off site visits, community events, etc. to generate new leads and referrals.
o Maintain marketing materials and flyers.
o Attend weekly sales meetings
o Complete weekly construction reports and monthly competition reports.
