What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Regional Manager position at Liberty Defense Group?
This position requires coverage across South Arkansas andNorthernLouisiana.* The individual selected for this role will oversee the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Regional Manager* in both regions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all Security Specialists that are assigned to your facilities in your designated area
o Perform weekly site checks
o Provide oversight of the morale of Security Specialist
- If any issues arise, you must be able to provide a solution to the Security Specialist or refer to the Regional Manager for a proper solution, if necessary
- Ensure Security Specialists are following all SOPs, policies, and procedures
o Work with your team to ensure all SOPs, logs, and checklists are up-to-date and in the proper place
- Administer on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires, ensuring that all paperwork is completed and sent to the
Admin team
o Use the OJT checklist to ensure the new hires understand all SOPs and company/client policies during the 1st 24 hours of training
- Communicate to Regional Manager ALL scheduling changes and Security Specialist issues when they arise
o Communicate ALL issues, that have occurred, up the chain of command
- Available to assist to help with CIT, as needed
- Fill in, on post, when/where necessary, covering callouts and OT elimination
This position is classified as safety-sensitive because it involves regularly carrying a firearm. Performing this role safely and professionally demands constant alertness. Any lapse in attention could significantly affect the Company, its customers, or others while handling a firearm. Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain the necessary certifications and licenses to work as an Armed Security Specialist in Arkansas and Louisiana.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing regional operations with a focus on business development

Required skills and qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years of experience in law enforcement and/or military
