As an In Home Instructional Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Help students with assignments and reinforce key concepts
- Collaborate with teachers to address individual student needs
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Previous experience working with students is a plus
- FBI Fingerprints
- PA Child Abuse Clearances
- PA Police State Record Check
- Diploma/Transcript
- TB Exam
Schedule:
We are hiring supplemental, part-time, and full-time position with a daily commitment Monday through Friday. The flexible schedule allows for a healthy work-life balance.
Location:
This position is based in the Philadelphia. PA and surrounding area and involves in-home work. Create a comfortable and supportive learning environment for students within the convenience of their homes.
