Job Description
Liberty Falls Vet Clinic is a Progressive, fast-paced veterinary practice located in Potomac, MD. We are currently seeking a Full-time highly self motivated, compassionate, team oriented Receptionist to join our support Team!
We prefer Applicants to have at least two years Veterinary Receptionist or Technician experience, but we are willing to train the right individual.
Applicant should possess strong leadership skills.
- Experience with PIMS system Ezyvet is preferred, but we will train the right candidate!
-Must be punctual, reliable, trustworthy, and team oriented.
- Must have a positive attitude and be enthusiastic.
Duties and qualification, but not limited to:
- Answering calls and scheduling appointments appropriately and professionally.
- Have strong client education & communication skills.
- Developing product knowledge of flea/tick/heart worm prevention and puppy/kitten vaccine schedule.
- Educating clients on preventative pet care.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception lobby area daily.
-Maintain a clean workspace and desk area daily.
- Must be capable of assisting clients with lifting pets
- Comfortable with dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes.
- Detail oriented with the ability to think clearly and multitask in a busy environment
Our business hours are M-F 8:00am - 6:00pm. We're closed on the weekends!

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
