Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, treatments, and pet care.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Process payments and manage medical collections as necessary.
- Provide information on veterinary terminology, animal husbandry, and care to clients.
- Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness in the reception area.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
- Assist veterinarian and technicians with animal restraint during examinations or treatments as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
