The CNA will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and using the restroom. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's condition, including injuries, illnesses, or unusual behaviors.
In addition to these responsibilities, the CNA will assist with the implementation of resident care plans and participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to discuss resident progress and concerns. We are seeking a team player who is flexible, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
