We are currently seeking an experienced:
RECRUITER
Full Time, Days
Job Description:
- Completes full cycle recruitment for all Liberty Companies.
- Tracks open positions/requisitions.
- Conduct phone interviews with and schedule in person interviews with candidates.
- Extend job offers to candidates when requested.
- Guides and educates hiring managers on the hiring process.
- Review resumes and forward to hiring managers.
- Source candidates on social media and online databases.
- Attends job fair and community events to attract potential candidates.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Prefer Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and some recruiting or HR experience.
- Prefer some recruiting or related HR experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong analytical skills.
