We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. Our facility promotes a challenging, yet rewarding environment for healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills and be able to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. The LPN will assist in the direction of nursing services for the unit, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing quality nursing care to patients, following doctors' orders and guidelines.
- Monitor patient symptoms and reactions, reporting any changes to the attending physician.
- Delegate duties to professional nurses and non-professional nursing personnel, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Registered Nurse or management.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- CPR certified yearly.
- Able to provide quality nursing care to patients and work effectively as part of a team.
