We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for developing care plans, coordinating care, and supervising staff.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate care and develop care plans based on assessments.
- Supervise staff, including LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
- Assess guests' health status and notify physicians of changes.
- Implement new orders promptly and select and institute appropriate nursing interventions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care settings, preferably.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
