Position Summary:
Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is a growing oilfield company looking for an extremely motivated administrative assistant to join our team. This position will be based out of our Bryan, TX location. This candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be local to the Bryan, TX area.
This position plays an important role in daily operations and requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Tasks are computer-intensive, and the role demands a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Relevant duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Communication & Coordination:
- Communicating with the shop and customers
- Collaborating with management
Administrative Duties:
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer billing.
- Order supplies for the office and field crews as needed.
- Maintain well-organized and easily accessible files and records.
- Follow and maintain processes
Technology Use:
- Must be computer-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, PDF editing, Share Point
- Utilize computers for spreadsheet creation, data entry, and email correspondence.
General Support:
- Assist management with additional tasks as needed.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to accomplish shared goals.

Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.

Accounts Expertise:
Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer billing is essential.
Technology Proficiency:
Proficient in Outlook (email) -attaching files, forwarding, corresponding in a professional and courteous manner

Must thrive in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing duties.
