Position Summary:
Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is a growing oilfield company looking for an extremely motivated DOT compliance administrative professional to join our team, in Houston, Texas. This candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This position will play an important role in the day-to-day operations and will work closely with the other administrative team members, supervisors and management. Tasks are computer-intensive, requiring strong attention to detail, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. Relevant duties will include but are not limited to:
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Ensuring compliance with DOT, FMCSA, Driver Qualification documentation, Motor Vehicle Reports, Hours of Service and DVIR.
· Request full query on new hires in federal clearinghouse website.
· Maintain, update and implement driver qualification records per DOT regulations.
· Notify drivers and supervisors of upcoming document expirations, obtain renewed documents, and upload.
· Geotab driver app training & maintenance
· DOT compliance
- Driver Qualification compliance
- Monitor FMCSA compliance and review law enforcement inspections.
- Lead key initiatives and strategies to reduce costs and improve compliance operations.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Other duties as assigned.
- 25% travel is required.
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Must have minimum of 2 years DOT compliance experience - Oil and Gas Industry preferred
- Strong understanding of DOT laws and regulations
- Strong understanding of FMCSA regulations
- Maintains strong professional relationships with internal & external customers
- Must be highly organized and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in using Outlook (E-mail), attaching files, forwarding, corresponding timely in a professional and courteous manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Duties associated with this position are subject to change, candidates need to be adaptable and willing to accomplish additional tasks should they arise
- Strong financial acumen
- Clean MVR required and valid Driver’s License
- Bilingual preferred
- Qualified to work in the US
