Job Summary :
Ground Regulatory Compliance (DOT) Administrator - Majority of the duties below will require precise data entry in the systems to maintain vehicle qualification. Unit refers to Power Unit or Trailer.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
- Order & Process : UCR, State & Federal Permit Renewals per requirement dates for per below but not limited to : SCAC, State Oversize / Weight, Alcohol, NYHUT, IFTA, Federal HazMat
- Order IRP plates and permits.
- Order decals for power units or trailers upon request / notification.
- Quarterly Audit of Vehicle Inspections Submission (DVIR's) for qualification.
- Provide management with reports, as required, or requested for but not limited to : Oregon mileage / unit numbers, EEO, Annual Motor Carrier Reports.
- Assist Risk Management with Annual Audit & Insurance Auto & Comp / Collision renewal policy.
- Update & Maintain vehicle maintenance records and files. Send insurance cards to station contacts and fleet managers.

Party COI provided by Independent Contractors, ensure meets CEVA contractual standards.
