JOB DESCRIPTION
Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC, a growing and leading provider of Artificial Lift products and services for the oil and gas industry is seeking an energetic and dynamic Regional HSE Manager for our Permian Basin operations that will assist our operational partners to minimize risk and support safety procedures for the Permian Basin. The position will be based out of our Midland, TX location. This position will influence, encourage and support the safety expectations and standards of Liberty Lift Solutions and our customers. Candidates should have knowledge and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations, specific to oil and gas operations, and stay current with changing regulations and policies. Ideal candidates will possess excellent HSE leadership skills, have HSE education and certification, and be bilingual. To ensure the safety of our employees, this position will assist, influence and coach employees and HSE team members on health and safety processes and procedures, as well as maintain regulatory files as required. This role will require travel to the field and Liberty Lift locations via Company vehicle. This position is eligible to participate in all benefit programs established for Liberty Lift Solutions, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short Term and Long-Term Disability, 401K Plans, and PTO.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Influence and encourage Liberty Lift employees thru established safety practices to prevent harmful and damaging incidents.
- Be an active and valuable Liberty Lift Solutions’ Team member
. * Promote and support Liberty Lift Solutions’ and our customers safety expectations and standards
. * Assist and support management and supervisors in their safety roles as a Manager/Supervisor.
- Train/coach personnel in key safety processes such as JSAs, Lockout -Tag Out, Hot Work Permits, Fall Protection, Rigging, Hazard Recognition, Behavior Based Safety Observations and DOT
. * Attend, participate and engage as needed and requested in operational and safety meetings both internally, and with customers
. * Facilitate and participate on your own and/or with supervision inspecting facilities, field work sites and safety equipment for compliance with OSHA, State, and Company rules, regulations, and guidelines.
- Facilitate the inspection of key safety equipment such as PPE, Fall Protection and Rigging
. * Lead and participate in incident investigations of injuries, vehicle, and environmental mishaps
. * Assist operations as needed to remain customer focused.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Have and promote communication and conversation centered around safety and safe operations.
- Have basic knowledge of the oil and gas industry, including oilfield service and artificial lift – pumping units, hydraulic jet pump, gas lift, downhole rod pumps and others.
- Have a knowledge base of applicable OSHA, DOT, and EPA state and federal regulations as they apply to oil and gas operations.
- Be proficient with basic computer and computer systems knowledge and skills including MS office programs.
- Basic knowledge of ISNet, Veriforce, and DISA
. * Basic knowledge of computer-based information systems software such as KPA EHS.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
