Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team of 9 members. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships. You will utilize your excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, and electronically enter reservations.

Duties

• Provide exceptional client services by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Enter reservations electronically through our office database.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the office database.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
• Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professional communication at all times.
• Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in an office environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights based on client feedback.
• Familiarity with sales processes and techniques is advantageous. organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients.
