Responsibilities
As a Risk Management Specialist for Liberty Military Housing, you are responsible for Insurance coverage analysis, insurance tracking, compliance decisions and acting as a liaison between Risk Management, the sites, and our third-party renters insurance vendor.
Your Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Management of renters insurance compliance for the Liberty portfolio. Perform compliance reports and tracking for properties on a national level.
- Prepare documents, applications and reports to deliver to the Director of Risk Management for the renewal cycle of our corporate insurance programs.
- Partnering with our brokers, underwriters and third-party administrators on insurance related projects for renewal.
- Administration of Certificates of Insurance, binders and policy details.
- Review third-party Certificates of Insurance for vendor compliance as needed.
- Reporting of financial and professional liability claims and monitoring of settlement with internal and third-party counsel as needed.
- Produce risk reports as needed
- Identification of safety and loss control programs for risk mitigation.
- Operate a company or personal vehicle to travel to various locations for work purposes.
- Assist in other risk management related tasks as needed.
