Sales Administrator – 2nd Shift
Location: Commack, NY
Schedule: Thurs–Fri & Mon (11 AM–8 PM), Sat–Sun (8 AM–5 PM)
Pay: $20–$22/hr (based on experience)
Once you hit your stride, you're eligible for commissions after 1 year if you're crushing your goals

What's the Job?
We're looking for a Sales Administrator to support our residential sales team with inbound and outbound lead follow-up. You'll help coordinate appointments, keep calendars tight, and ensure every client gets that 5-star experience. It's fast-paced, but we'll train you up and have your back every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Make outgoing calls to confirm residential sales appointments (high volume, high impact)
- Take inbound calls and set appointments or transfer to the right pro
- Manage scheduling for our powerhouse 10 person sales team
- Build trust and rapport with potential clients - you're the first voice they hear
- Ensure accuracy of customer data in our CRM system
- Send confirmations via text or email
- Deliver a smooth, positive experience for every customer
What You Bring to the Table:
- Call center or customer service experience
- Professional, upbeat communication style
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working weekends (you're off Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
- Open to coaching and always ready to learn
- Quick on the keyboard and great with new tech
Preferred Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Appointment Setting: 1 year
- Administrative Sales: 3–5 years (Preferred, not required - we train rising stars too)
