Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone looking to grow with the company, as we are looking to cross-train the right candidate to assist in our showroom as well. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling clerical and administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing schedules, and processing paperwork
- Assisting with invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining office supplies
- Learning and understanding our products to assist customers in the showroom
- Answering customer questions, providing quotes, and assisting with estimates
- Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and customer inquiries
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior office or customer service experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn about our products and sales process
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
