This role will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls from customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via phone
- Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data
- Meet individual goals on call quality, handle time, lead transfer ratio, adherence, first call resolution, and reliability
Requirements
- Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 6 months related work experience (customer service experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
