Job Title : Customer Support Specialist

Duties :

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Respond to inquiries professionally and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Input and update customer data with a typing speed of 25-35 words per minute.
  • Assist in training new team members to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with internet tools and computer applications to support customer interactions.

Skills Required :

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer and internet usage.
  • Experience :

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or support role.
  • Pay Range :

  • Weekly : $1,200 - $1,500
  • Salary : $1,200 - $1,500
