**About the Role:**
This is an exciting opportunity to join Liberty Mutual's Customer Response Center as a Remote Insurance Agent. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents while working from home.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and owning customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth and retention of business. You will also independently solve problems relating to policies within scope and escalate others as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years related Customer Service experience and possess the ability to review, record and organize written data from a variety of sources with no prescribed format. A Personal Lines producer insurance license is required upon hiring and training.
