Senior Business Analyst

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor s Degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in the insurance industry, preferably within IT or with policy administration systems implementation.
- 5-7 years as an IT Business Analyst preferred.
- Exceptional skills in writing, communication, problem-solving, and analysis.
- Proven track record in drafting business requirements and functional specifications.
- Expertise in gap analysis and documenting current versus future states.
- Experienced in user interface design, including UI specs and wireframes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Hands-on experience with user stories in Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and strong understanding of the SDLC.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong customer service orientation.
