Accounts Payable Accountant
50,000 - $55,000 Bonus

Liberty Personnel is working with a growing client adding an Accounts Payable professional to their accounting team.
Responsibilities :
- Full cycle accounts payable processing including invoice review, processing, coding while ensuring compliance with accounting processes
- Interact with vendors, answer questions related to invoices, payments, non-payments, partial payment, payment errors
- Verify purchase orders and match to invoice terms
- Process ACH and manual payments and make related accounting adjustments
- Process employee expense reports and make related accounting entries
- Reconcile accounts payable for month end close
- Assist management with improving processes for accounts payable cycle
