Associate Attorney – Orphan’s Court Litigation
Represent clients in contested estates, guardianship, and trust administration cases. Prepare legal documents (petitions, motions, briefs) and provide counsel on Trusts & Estates matters, including wills and estate plans. Collaborate with Partners and clients on legal strategies, attend court hearings, and manage discovery, motions, and settlements. Requires a Pennsylvania law license, 2-3 years of litigation experience, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to commute to Fort Washington, PA, and Pennsylvania courts.
