HVCA / BAS Controls Programmer ( REMOTE MD, VA )
Responsible for the installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of building automation systems.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Project and engineering drawing tools.
- Familiarity with the concepts of new construction, renovation / retrofit and service project management.
- Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of building automation systems.
- Familiarity with the operation of energy management systems, HVAC systems and temperature controls.
- Alerton Controls and Tridium Niagara AX experience preferred.
